The Thai Dha (more accurately called the Daab or Darb in Thai), a traditional single-edged sword used throughout Mainland Southeast Asia. In Thailand, the Daab is more than just a weapon; it is a central icon of the nation's history, martial arts, and warrior spirit. Most Dha are "guardless" (the handle simply meets the blade), but Thai Daab are unique because they often feature a small, disc-like hand guard similar to the Japanese tsuba. The blade features a gentle curve with engraved patterns. The hilt is famously long, often a third or even half the length of the entire weapon. This allows for powerful two-handed leverage, though the sword is light enough to be used with one hand. The hilt and scabbard is heavily carved. Dimensions: 93cm (l)
