They were produced by the Pearson Page factory in Birmingham, England, and their "Peerage" trade name was used post-WWII. The brass boots produced by "Peerage England" were commonly sold as paperweights, match holders, small planters, ashtrays, or simply decorative ornaments. These boots are heavy for its size.
