Hand-painted ceramic vase, circa 1920's or perhaps late 19th century. Some loss of gold paint on the rim but otherwise no damage. The factory was established in 1841 in La Louvière, Belgium by Jean-François Boch and his relatives. The original factory buildings in La Louvière now house the Keramis, Centre de la Céramique, a museum dedicated to Belgian ceramic history and their work. Dimensions: 21.5cm (h)
