String-operated marionette puppet depicting a smiling clown with painted facial features, blue shirt, bow tie and patterned trousers. The puppet is controlled by strings attached to a wooden control bar and retains its fabric costume with hat and soft hands. The face is ceramic and the body is stuffed fabric.
