This decorative pair features caparisoned elephants resting atop rectangular seal bases. Formed in resin to emulate traditional carved stone, each piece displays hand-painted polychrome highlights along the blankets and saddle cloth, while the underside features traditional incised Chinese seal characters. Inspired by traditional Chinese scholar's desk accessories, these chops function as striking decorative accents or paperweights. Good condition overall with light handling wear and minor surface rubbing to the painted details; character impressions on the bases remain clean and intact.
