A pair of vintage heavy pewter salt and pepper shakers expertly cast in the form of perched eagles or birds of prey. Each shaker is detailed with textured feathering and features a threaded removable head that unscrews from the body, with small perforations across the top of the head for dispensing. Stamped with maker's marks on the underside base. Good vintage condition overall showing natural aged patina, minor surface oxidation, and light wear consistent with age and use. Threaded brass neck rings function properly.
