An elegant philatelic display featuring two official Greek Hellenic Post (Hellenika Tachydromeia) First Day Covers featuring Byzantine religious art. The top envelope features the 1974 Christmas issue (15 November 1974) with Athens postmarks, depicting classical religious iconography. The lower envelope displays the 1975 Christmas issue with illuminated manuscript motifs and gold-accented stamps. Both covers are double-mounted in a neutral mat and presented under glass within a dark wood-finish frame with a gold inner slip. Excellent overall condition. The covers, stamps, and postmarks remain well-preserved and clean within the mount. The glazed wooden frame is solid with minor surface wear consistent with age.
