Good condition overall with intentional distressing, light whitewash wear, and natural wood grain variation inherent to the rustic design. Minor natural wood checking/cracking along select joinery lines as visible upon close inspection. Central mirror glass is clear and free of significant scratches, clouding, or desilvered areas.
