An elegant Florentine-style giltwood side table featuring an intricate intertwined ribbon apron and dramatic cabriole legs ending in scrolled feet. The corner knees are highlighted with dark, polished cabochon oval accents, framing a shaped clear glass inset tabletop. Embodying classic Italian Hollywood Regency aesthetic mid-century design influence, this decorative statement piece offers both functionality and ornate, opulent charm. Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and light handling. The gilt finish exhibits a nicely aged patina with light surface rubbing, minor hairline cracking along joint seams, and slight chipping or rubbing to the gilt surface along high-touch edges. The glass top shows light superficial surface scratching but remains free of major chips or structural cracks. Frame remains sturdy and visually striking.
