This charming vintage Delft blue-and-white wall plate, measuring 26.5 cm in diameter, comes from the "Traditional Dutch Tradesmen" series by Oude Molen Fabriek B.V., Holland (Serie No. 1478). The front features a highly detailed, classic Dutch landscape titled "De Sportvisser", depicting a fly fisherman at the water's edge with a traditional windmill, sailboats, and a secondary angler in a small boat in the background, all framed by an elegant, ornate floral border. The reverse side bears the official maker’s mark alongside an English translation and a short descriptive poem about the craftsman's patience. The piece is in very good vintage condition, retaining a bright, glossy glaze and crisp blue imagery.
