This exquisite bone china cabinet plate features a detailed illustration of the Scarlet Honeyeater (Myzomela Sanguinolenta) perched amongst vibrant red bottlebrush flowers, based on original artwork by natural history artist Roy Johnson. Released in 1988 as part of Royal Albert's "Birds of the World - Australian Birds" collection, the plate showcases fine botanical and ornithological detailing framed by a delicately molded scalloped rim. Produced in England by Royal Albert, this piece represents classic late 20th-century decorative collector porcelain. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. The glazed finish remains bright and clear, and the transfer decoration is crisp with vibrant colors intact. Traces of minor adhesive residue from an old sticker are present on the back, which can easily be cleaned. Dimensions: 21 cm diameter
