This lot features two stylized cast bronze sculptures rendered in the iconic visual language of the Greek Geometric and Archaic periods (circa 8th–6th century BCE). Characterized by exaggerated silhouettes, elongated limbs, and intricate engraved motifs, these figures draw direct inspiration from ancient votive offerings discovered at sanctuaries such as Olympia. One piece depicts a classical warrior or charioteer astride an openwork mount finished in a verdigris patina, while the other captures a freestanding prancing steed adorned with geometric spiral and rosette relief details.
Condition: Both pieces are in very good vintage condition, displaying stable structures and attractive natural age patina with minor surface wear consistent with decorative casting.
Dimensions: 13.5cm (h) x 10cm (w)
