This heavy brass bowl features a beautifully aged patina with intricate floral etchings and faint red pigment accents, resting on a unique, hand-carved wooden tripod base. The interlocking stand is sculpted in the form of meerkats detailed with diamond-shaped bone or faux ivory inlays and carved paws. Standing 20.5cm tall with a base width of 22cm, the piece is in good vintage condition, exhibiting characterful oxidation on the brass and a well-preserved wooden frame with all inlays present.
