Originating from the Edwardian era (circa 1900-1910), this elegant display cabinet is crafted from mahogany and showcases refined craftsmanship typical of the period. The piece features delicate floral wood inlay (marquetry) across the upper and lower framing of its single, glazed front door. It stands on slender cabriole legs that support an open lower display shelf. The interior is lined with a patterned wallpaper backing and fitted with multiple wooden shelves. Regarding condition, the cabinet shows appropriate signs of age and wear, including surface marks and noticeable wear on the interior wooden shelving. Crucially, there are no side glass panels; these are missing and will require replacement.
