This impressive vintage South African Eland horn skull plate trophy comes professionally mounted on a classic shield-shaped wooden plaque. Crafted by the highly regarded Nico van Rooyen Taxidermy CC in Rosslyn, South Africa, the piece is officially dated 16 June 1996, making it a fine 30-year-old collector's item. The horns exhibit striking, deeply grooved spiral ridges that sweep upward into sharp, well-preserved points. It remains in excellent vintage condition with a solid structure, beautifully aged bone patina, and only minor, expected superficial wear on the wooden backing from previous display.
