An exceptional pair of 1980s vintage Christian Dior oversized sunglasses featuring a stylized rimless-look cut-away lens design set in gold-tone metal and beige Optyl resin. Produced in Austria by Wilhelm Anger's Optyl company under license for Dior, this model (2250) displays signature Chevron geometric metal detailing and "CD" logos at the temples. A classic example of 1980s high-fashion luxury eyewear, complete with soft brown gradient tinted lenses. Good vintage condition overall with light signs of wear consistent with age. The Optyl temples and metal hinges remain strong and firm. Light cosmetic age wear consistent with age and use, but overall good condition.
