This unique industrial steampunk lamp is repurposed from a vintage 1953 Adcock & Shipley gas meter (No. 4401), manufactured in Leicester. The green painted metal body features a "Cubic Feet" dial display and has been modified with an overhead copper and brass pipe fixture ending in a standard bayonet light bulb socket. The unit retains its authentic weathered character with heavy paint chipping, surface scratches, and minor corrosion throughout the casing, highlighting its vintage appeal, and comes fitted with a modern black power cord and a standard South African three-pin plug.
