The ricasso is stamped with the maker's mark of the renowned WKC (Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co.) Solingen, Germany, alongside the 1915 date stamp. It includes a ribbed black grip wrapped with wire, an elegant metal D-guard hilt featuring a green and yellow textured sword knot lanyard, and a matching brown genuine leather scabbard with a leather frog strap. The piece shows minor cosmetic wear, slight superficial surface marks on the metal guard, light handling wear on the leather accents, but it remains in excellent vintage condition.
