This charming Delft blue and white decorative wall plate, measuring 25cm in diameter, belongs to the Traditional Dutch Tradesmen collection (Serie No. 1477). Entitled "De Worstmaker" (The Sausage Maker), the central illustration vividly portrays historical craftsmen at work, framed by a beautifully detailed floral border. The back of the plate features an explanatory inscription in English detailing the trade ("He starts as a butcher's apprentice..."), alongside the official Oude Molen Fabriek B.V. maker's mark.
