This flag design was used from 1892-1919 and displays the Imperial German "Foreign Office State" flag. Withib the roundel is a crowned Prussian eagle, depicted in black, red and gold, serves and the central emblem. Emblem is manufactured with hgih end embroidery and durable cotton fabric.
