This vintage mechanical cash register, manufactured by Sperry Remington, dates back to the early-to-mid 1970s following the 1973 merger that formed the brand name seen on the chassis. The unit features a classic multi-column tiered keyboard layout with blue, cream, red, and yellow keys, alongside a lever-operated mode switch on the side panel. It is being sold as a decorative or nostalgic display piece as its working order is unverified. Presenting in fair, used vintage condition, the beige and grey metal housing exhibits noticeable surface wear, localized paint loss, and scuffing primarily along the base edges, while the pull-out cash drawer remains intact with its original bill clips and coin compartments containing a few vintage South African coins. Measures approximately 50cm (l) x 35cm (h) x 33cm (w) and includes its attached power cord.
