Designed in the late 19th-century Coalbrookdale idiom, this durable architectural garden ensemble offers classic elegance and enduring outdoor utility. Solid structural condition with substantial weight. Both chair backrests have undergone historic repairs where damaged or fractured casting sections were trimmed down and finished off, resulting in backrests that are slightly reduced in overall scale compared to the original foundry design. The painted white finish displays typical signs of age and outdoor exposure, including minor paint chipping, surface flaking, and light localized rust/oxidation in the recesses and joins.
