This authentic Delft Holland porcelain collector plate, part of the "Traditional Dutch Tradesmen" series (Serie No. 1479) by Oude Molen Fabriek B.V., features a beautifully detailed blue and white transferware scene titled "De Loodgieter" (The Plumber).
